Events
Create an Event
On the My Events workspace, select Create event
Fill in the event information.
Input event name, event organizer, location, and dates and times
Add Tags, Make your event more searchable
Add a Banner Image, Make your event more recognizable. (Must be a JPEG or PNG no larger than ___.)
Input Event Description. Detailed descriptions can help increase the number of event registrations
Add Agenda items. Break down the event further by specifying Speakers, Break outs, Workshops, etc.
Add Questions. Added questions are displayed during the registration process and can help you gain information from registrants.
Enable and Link Terms and Conditions. Enables hosts to required registrants to accept terms and conditions during registration process.
Enable Donations. Participate in a good cause and make wishes come true. Enable option for attendees to donate to Make-A-Wish during checkout.
Enable Gamification. When Gamification is enabled, attendees will be rewarded points for connections and other networking activities. Analytics will be displayed and can increase attendee engagement.
Insert Organizer Image.
3. Add Ticketing Options
Create tickets, add ons, discount codes, and private tickets. (See additional info below)
4. Add Payout Method
Create/Link Stripe account to receive ticket payouts.
5. Confirm Event Information and Publish event.
Publish Immediately OR Publish according to a set schedule
Display event to everyone OR display only to those who have a link
Create Ticketing Options
Add Ticket:
Create tickets for your event
Set the price for each ticket (If ticket is a paid ticket)
Set the quantity available and the max number of tickets per order.
Set ticket sales timeline (Start and End dates and times)
Set fee configuration. By default, processing fees are set to be absorbed by the buyer. If desired, hosts can choose to absorb fees.
Link Ticket to a specific Circle. This action helps attendees plan who they want to meet at your event, improves networking, provides up-to-date contact information, and allows in-app communication.
2. Add Ons:
Create add ons (Parking Passes, Swag, Food Options, etc.) available for purchase during registration.
Set the price for each add on.
Manage the quantity available and the max number of add ons per order.
3. Discount Codes:
Create discounts, redemption codes, and redemption maximums.
Set discount availability timelines (Start and End dates and times)
Link discount to tickets
4. Private Tickets:

Create private tickets for exclusive attendees. Set ticket name and redemption code.
Link redemption code to ticket(s).
Event Team Members vs. Collaborators
Add/Remove Team Members
Adding team members to your My Events workspace will allow those added team members to see and edit ALL your events.
Team members can be easily removed with a click of a button. This action will remove all events from those team members' My Events workspaces.
Add Team Member:
Select Add Team Member
Input team member Email
Select Add Team Member again
Remove Team Member:
Click on the red "X" by the team member's email
Add/Remove Collaborators
Adding collaborators to your event will allow those added collaborators to see and edit THAT specific event.
Collaborators can be easily removed with a click of a button. This action will remove this event from those collaborators ' My Events workspaces.
Select Specific Event:
Add Collaborator
Select Add Collaborator
Input team member Email
Select Add Collaborator again
Remove Collaborator:
Click on the Remove by the collaborator's email
Manage Orders
The event's Orders workspace allows hosts to mange Attendees, Tickets, and Add Ons. An Analytics dashboard is also available displaying the break down of tickets and gross sales.
Navigate to Orders workspace for a specific event
In the navigation bar drop down, select My Events workspace
On the My Events workspace, select the option icon ( ... ) and select Manage Orders
